Meet Diane...

Diane is an attorney with more than 34 years experience in Civil, Constitutional and Family Law.

She is the founder of Advocates Law and Real Estate, a law office which has reduced fees for those of moderate and lower incomes. Diane has been an outspoken advocate and servant in the cause against the outrageous predatory real estate lending crisis and the resulting tragedies that it has caused families in California.

As a licensed Foster Parent, Diane has helped over 67 children. She helped to co-found Advocates Christian Ministries, and assisted with services for Seniors at Escondido Gardens for many years.

Diane's personal life experiences have uniquely qualified her to serve as Attorney General and have given her a deep understanding of real life issues and a compassion for seniors, children, teens, struggling families, single parents, and the victims of our current economic crisis.

Diane is the mother of one grown daughter and is a big fan of "swing dancing". She resides in Escondido California.

Californians are tired of the political rhetoric and continued false promises. Politicians speaking out of both sides of their mouths with only an agenda to simply stay in office.

Many people stand on the Constitution to destroy it, but I stand for and under the Constitution, to always protect preserve and uphold it.
